Patrick Belton as Louis:
Patrick Belton came to Hollywood from South Bend, Indiana and is originally from Portland, Oregon. At 18 he relocated to Chicago to study acting at The Theater School of DePaul University. In Chicago, Patrick worked at Victory Gardens Theater, Stage Left Theater and the Merle Reskin Theater, and landed a role opposite Lea Thompson in the NBC miniseries, A Will of Their Own. Soon after, he appeared in the CBS pilot, Turks. Patrick then moved to Los Angeles and started working in independent film. His film credits include Under the Bus, Shooting Stars, Menace, Inspirations and Future. He has also appeared on the WB's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, NBC's One World, E!'s The Vic Morrow Story and NBC's Watching Ellie. Patrick is proud to make his feature debut with Pomegranate Films in Solitude.
Mary Thornton as Hilary:
Mary moved from Portland, Oregon to Southern California just months after high school and worked extensively in theater, her first love. She studied Theater and Art History abroad at Cambridge University, England. Subsequently, Mary returned to the U.S., where she graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Since then, Mary has appeared on numerous television shows, including Beverly Hills 90210. Her singing can be heard on episodes of Dawson's Creek and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Mary, now focused on working in film, recently nabbed the leading role in The Brothers Grim (Solowill/Paramount), with cinematographer Dennis Maloney (The Contender). Mary looks forward to the continued success of Solitude.
Ronne Orenna as Soledad:
Ronne Orenna's film credits include Escape to White Mountain, When the Buffalo Moans and Sly. Ronne holds a BA in Art from the University of Arizona, and she studied Opera with Adrian Angel in New York City. Coming originally from a strong theatrical background, Ronne loves to play uncommon, complicated characters, which is why she is thrilled to be part of the movie, Solitude. Ronne is also a musician and singer who headed up the popular Arizona band, Blues Crusher . She is currently in production on her second solo musical release, Geomancy, and her sculptures can be seen at The Pacific Design Center (Los Angeles).
